Finance
Unit economics, pricing, margins, and where the budget goes. Often the real objection is the price, not the headline.
What I look at
- Pricing and packaging
- Margins and unit economics
- CAC and LTV
- The P&L and where money leaks
- Invoicing and the cash cycle
- Back-office revenue tracking and reporting
- How the budget splits across channels and stages
When this is your bottleneck
The ads work, but the deal does not pay back. Price is the objection you keep hearing. Budget goes to moonshots over reachable wins. And revenue is hard to read because invoicing and tracking are messy.
How I fix it
If the pain is the price, I do not bury it down the funnel. I go back to the offer and rebuild it: lower the first purchase into a subscription, split the payment, or repackage, whatever brings the same revenue through a path people take. Then I move budget to where the return is honest.
P&L, invoicing, and back-office revenue tracking sit with your CFO or accountant, and I do not replace them. I guide and audit across these areas, then turn what I find into a strategy you and your finance owner can run.
